Semite and Antisemitism

The word antisemitism was coined in Germany in 1879 to mean one thing: hatred of Jews. It has never meant hostility to everyone who speaks a Semitic language. ‘Arabs are Semites too, so it cannot be antisemitism’ is a word game, not an argument.
